We strongly suggest against choosing cream cheese buttercream for your wedding cake. Why, you ask? Our cream cheese icing is VERY soft since it is only lightly sweetened (the more sugar, the stiffer the icing). This creates a less sturdy and unstable cake making transportation a nail biter! 2. All wedding cakes should be refrigerated until 1-2 hours prior to the reception. This ensures the icing/design stays crisp and beautiful for the cutting! 3. Cupcakes should NOT be refrigerated. Unlike cakes with layers of icing sealing in moisture, cupcakes tend to dry out during refrigeration.
